A Web & Apartment Development of Sophistication

Any development that Brock Williams and Harcourts put their name to is of the highest standard – and their website was no exception. The new Citi Terrace inner-city apartment development required a website that would show-off the design, location and features of the planned building.

Appcelerate incorporated local, South Australian images to demonstrate how close the apartment is to many of Adelaide’s best night, social and eating spots. The local, interstate and overseas visitors to the site also gain a glimpse into what life is like in Adelaide, with the website design incorporating high-resolution header images and video footage of the area.

In addition to the front-end design, Appcelerate set-up an easy-to-use website administration area that allows users to add their own content (should it change) and allowed the developers to add updated PDF documents where required.

6 months after launch, Citi Terrace has now sold 80% of their apartments, with interested parties being able to contact agents via the ‘Enquiry’ page on the website.

WordPress Website

Our choice of platform for this website was WordPress – an easy to use and maintain CMS for business users. We applied our theme and made content and layout changes throughout the process. Receiving feedback from Brock Williams, we were able to make changes on the fly and show staff via our internal testing server – meaning we spent less time in emails and in person (we get business!).

A Stunning Online Presence

Selling apartments off the plan, we tried to bring to life the Citi Terrace website by using local images and incorporating the proposed design of the development. Our ‘location’ page that features Adelaide points of interest as well as a high level overview of the area, includes a full width Hyperlapse Video that creates a stunning visual effect for those visiting the website.

We were able to upload media to the website including video that gives a powerful visual effect to the end-user.

Floorplans

The WordPress system meant it was easy for us to add floorplans of the varying layouts in the apartment complex.

Contact Form

Prospective buyers can get in contact with an agent for more information about the development.

Downloadable Content

Prospective buyers can download leaflets and brochures about the apartment by clicking download links through the site.

SEO

Appcelerate looked after Citi Terrace’s SEO, linking into their RealEstate.com.au listing and other news coverage.

Mobile Responsive

The website displays well on all mobile devices meaning the site is accessible to anybody on game day should they wish to access more information.
